Full-Time Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist Required
The Lash Lounge Harvey - Fountain Park is looking for a motivated, professional Lash Stylist who is passionate about beauty, artistry and building a strong personal brand. We're not just hiring someone to apply lashes - we're looking for someone eager to grow, promote themselves and stay active on social media to help build a strong clientele.
Who We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all of the following:
1. Professional Requirements
- Active Louisiana Esthetician or Cosmetology license (required)
- Skilled in lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume preferred) Training is provided, but prior basic experience is valued.
- Passion for beauty, guest service and long-term career growth
- Professional, reliable, on time and proactive with their schedule
- Willing to follow salon standards, training and service expectations
2. Marketing & Social Media Requirements
These responsibilities are non-negotiable and part of the role:
- Strong and active social media presence (Instagram, TikTok preferred)
- Comfortable taking photos/videos of their work every shift
- Willing and able to post consistently to promote their services
- Ability to create before & after content, stories and reels
- Engages online with salon content & clients
- Takes initiative to build & grow their professional clientele
- Proactively asks clients for Google Reviews
- Understands that self-promotion is part of the job and directly impacts their booking success.
